About the Avney Derech Group

The Avney Derech Group specializes in entrepreneurship and execution of residential construction projects across Israel; we believe that real estate is a key to economic growth. Operating in this field since 2009, Avney Derech has an outstanding reputation grounded in its strong financial robustness, uncompromising quality of execution, adherence to schedules, and end-to-end service and guidance for its customers. Since its foundation, the group has aspired to promote the progress of the real-estate industry in Israel, as a key to economic growth for thousands of Israeli families.
The main focus of Avney Derech is entrepreneurship and construction of residential projects, from land acquisition to planning, building, development, marketing, sales, and delivery to tenants.
The group's powerful financial stability enables it to embark on large-scale projects. Avney Derech has approximately 2,500 housing units under construction or in planning, located in the cities of Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Tiberias, Afula, Harish, Netanya, Be’er Sheva, Beit El, Yokne’am, Alfei Menashe, Lod, Tel Aviv, Holon, Ramat Gan, and Bat Yam. In 2020, Avney Derech completed delivery of approximately 1,000 housing units; hundreds of additional units were delivered in 2021, and approximately 400 units are planned for delivery in 2022.
Over the last year, the group sold 500 housing units and built 1,400 units through its construction business. The financial robustness of Avney Derech and its management and execution capabilities have significantly reinforced its growth strategy, which is centered on projects on a scale of hundreds of housing units. The group is currently examining acquisitions of projects in various stages; it is also considering partnerships that would leverage the value added generated by its management and execution competencies in acquiring private land, bidding on large-scale evacuation and construction tenders, bidding on administrative tenders, and more. We are confident that the professional expertise, skills, and extensive experience of our executives will contribute greatly to the continued growth of Avney Derech and to the solidification of its standing as one of the major entrepreneurship and execution groups in the Israeli market.

Be’eri, Netanya

An intimate boutique project on a sought-after quiet street in the city of Netanya.
